Each reasons independently on a separate model. They disagree on purpose. We want the tension because conviction without challenge is just noise.

Nyx chairs the debate and issues the decision. Then the risk gate gets the final word. If the risk isn't acceptable, it can veto the trade. No exceptions.

AUM is still $0. There is no token yet. We're not pretending otherwise.

We're building the machine now, in public, before there is anything to sell. And when it turns on, the receipts will already be there.
